We just had a very bizarre and tragic accident here in Mass. A teacher on her way to work was killed when a manhole cover went airborne and went through her windshield. It was just unbelievable.

about ten years ago I was behind a cement truck on I-95 doing about 90mph in my Ls400. chunk of concrete came flying off of it about the size of a football and smashed into my windshield like a hot knife thru butter.. directly into the passanger seat. had it hit me id be dead. wasn't my time yet, got very VERY lucky.
