If you look at the picture below there is a black plastic piece that goes where the bumper and fender come together. It holds them together I'm assuming.

Question, is it adjustable to tighten as my bumper cover seems to be pushed out a bit right there? I'm thinking it's either missing, not installed correctly or needs to be tightened.

There should be small like nipples on the bumper that snaps into those brackets.

There are clips that hold the bumper to the fender. If they are broken or missing you won't get a tight fit.
