Default Heated Steering Wheel Adjustment?

2015 LS460, just starting to get some cooler weather and the heated steering wheel has fired up a couple of times. Only problem is that I'm not cold! How does the heater decide to turn on and are there any adjustments? Thanks in advance!

My 2007 LS 460 has a button to switch the heating for the steering wheel on and off. I suppose yours has one too !!

Bart,, yes there is the on/off switch...but I was looking for some sort of "turn on" adjustment like an outside temperature setting or inside/outside temp differential, etc....

Refer to your Owner's Manual for your 2015 LS460 under "Customizable Features."

You have the option to heat the steering wheel automatically or manually and there are 5 options for selecting the automatic heating time.

The options are described on pages 389 and 572.

Great post thanks. Almost have to keep the owners manual in the bathroom library to stay up on it.
