Exclamation Difference between 2013 and later models?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the differences between the 2013 LS460 and the newer year models (2014, 2015, and possibly 2016).

I understand that iPhone Siri functionality may have been added, but I'm wondering what else could be different.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you

In 2015 the LS got the new updated GPS system and interface for the radio that came out on all the other 2015 Lexus models. I believe that the Enform remote app was only available on the 2014+ or perhaps even the 2015.

Other than that they're identical.

I believe 2016 they made the led projector head lamps off the 600 standard across the 460. Any other changes they made to the newer models ?

EDIT

I just noticed that the us/canada models have different standard options, i guess the led headlamps are standard on american models from 2013 while in canada it just became standard in 2016.

Odd i wonder why they do this to cut costs ? I know they also do this on the 3IS the us model has the two led projector while canada has a bi-xenon headlight projector.

For 2013+ The LED projectors are an option. Xenon HIDs are standard.

2016 HIDs are still standard, LEDs optional.

Does anyone know if a 2013/2014 owner with gen 7 nav could swap out the nav computer for a gen 8 or 9 nav unit like in the 2015-2016's? I read about some people doing this upgrading a gen 3 to gen 4 on the LS430.

It would be possible I'm sure, but very expensive.

Anyways I have had both systems, if anything I preferred the system I had in the 2013 GS to what's in my 15 LS
