Lexus only 2 license plate screws?
I find it very hard to believe that Lexus only provides two screw holes for your license plate I have 460 and an rc 350fsport. I just had the dealer put on the license plates I noticed that the bottom plate is not attached I asked him why and he said Lexus does not do that I think that's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard now when I put my car in reverse sometimes the back up camera picks up my license plate and it is very distracting has anybody found a fix for this or experienced it?

Fyi mercedes only has 2 holes as well... but they have a 2nd plate that bolts in to the 2... then creating 4 holes. .. but it may push the plate further out into view....
Can you post a photo of what it looks like on your LS? I have never seen the plate on the screen when I am in reverse. I'm wondering if there is some extra backing between the plate and the mounting holes.
One other thought is perhaps the camera itself is not mounted correctly and is pointing lower than it should.

I always put these on my Lexus cars, front and rear:

With the plexiglas cover. They're thin and not overpowering, but very strong. Keep the plates finished looking and nice and flat.
