Default Trunk Spring Adjustment help

I need to adjust the torsion spring on my trunk so that it opens fully when I hit the open button. As it is, it only pops up about an inch which sucks when you have your hands full.

To be clear....this is on a NON powered trunk (ie: the one where you can only OPEN the trunk from the key FOB and not close it with a trunk button).

Has anyone done this?

Behind the left and right side trunk panels there's a way to adjust the tension. It's where the ends of the torsion bars are anchored. There are 3 spots it can be anchored at. Each one has a different tension.

Thanks Ibintab, I actually knew that.....but when I went to have a look at getting at those adjustment holes, there's a lot of cladding to remove and get at. Did't want to waste time removing the wrong ones or breaking any tabs. It was getting dark so I'll have another look when I can see better.
