Need help, check engine B279A

Need help troubleshooting a DTC code B279A on a 2007 LS460, appreciate any feedback. Trying to get it running. Thanks

Are you sure it's not a B2799 code rather than an "A" in place of the 9? It sounds like this is an issue with the communication between the car's ECU and the transponder in the remote.

Personally, if it were me, I'd reset the code and then see if it returns.
