I just dropped it off at my dealer, and everyone loves the LCD cluster. Many people had never seen it, since most 600s that come in are 2008. It is a pretty neat feature! I was reading somewhere (perhaps even on CL - I can't remember) that this cluster is (or was, pre-MY2013) an option on the 460L in Japan.

 

That car is a beauty!! a certain dream car for me with that color combo and options.
