Default Driver Seat Adjustment, '11 LS460

Is there a switch to stop the driver seat from going all the way back when the ignition is turned off? To me, this makes it more difficult to enter and exit the car.

Turn car on
Press Setup
Press Vehicle
Press Vehicle Customization
Press Light Settings
Press Drivers Seat Easy Exit
You have 3 choices
1 Remain in the current position as set by the driver = Off
2 Automatically move away from the steerting wheel partially = Partial
3 Automatically move away from the steerting wheel fully = Full(standard)
Press Save

Hi everyone, for what it's worth, my clock issue (as described above) also started after the local Lexus dealership replaced the OEM car battery with a new OEM car battery.
