I don't have PCS no need to worry, headlights are only in for 170ºF for 20 mins, usually will be just warm enough to work it open, and cool enough to not hurt anything at all, btw people usually do 260ºF.
Me personally, I have no reason to open 600h headlights, their LED performance is mediocre at best and swapping out lenses does not make it any better, the only other reason to open those is to paint them, and I'm not into that.

I've owned a 460 and 600 and LED output is just as good in my opinion

Doing a Q45 retrofit with LEDs to actually light up the whole Nike. Before anyone says it, I know the Q45 is a downgrade as compared to our projectors.

Looks great. You planning on telling us what you are using to light up the "nike" light and a how-to? I have experiance opening up headlights but would need to know what your using to light up the nike light and wiring details. How bright are the "nike" light in the daytime? Comparable to led drl?

I need to clarify, I am having a shop in GA do this for me. I don't have the patience to do something like this. They said I am looking at another few weeks before they are done, so I have not seen them in person. The LEDS they are using will have a plug added to go right into the factory harness for the Nike. Pretty pumped to get them back.

They could probably slip this in the nike light...Or once it is open, line the light with something similar.

STC Audio and Performance in Cumming. They were one of the vendors listed on the retrofit source site. I reached out to a number of people as I don't think anyone has done this yet for the 460. No one was sure if it would fit, some prices were too high, others did not want to even tackle it.
