Default Tinting done! update-pic

Hey guys. Getting my LS460 tinted soon. I know they will
Have the car in acc mode while they do this. I also know this car has a lot of electronics. To save the battery I'm trying to think of things I can turn off. So far I'm thinking

Auto headlights
Dome lights
Climate controls
Radio
Turn off nav display

Any ideas? What did you guys do?

Just have a jump box with you or make sure they have one. Your list is the best you can do...mine just died during an alignment lol

They've tinted my other cars and they are pretty quick. I've never had one die there so I'm hoping this one will be fine too

I was told 4 hours on my 600... I don't know if my battery could handle that!

Took my guy 2 hours to do my 600 and he pulled the door panels to do the job right! That front area of the front doors is tough to get to.

If your worried, put a battery tender jr. on the battery in the trunk. The one on the left side.

Just did 35% all around last weekend. This place removed my front door panels. During the whole time my 4 door are left open and all lights are LEDs. My battery is only two months old, didn't have a problem.

you can battery tender your car to get a full charge before getting tint.

How are these jobs taking so long???? My friend has a machine that laser cuts the tint. He just punches in the year, make, model and loads a roll of tint and away it goes. Cuts the tint to spec of each glass. Takes him just over an hour to do most cars.

There are intricacies involved with these cars that are different than your typical car.

4 hours?

I watched the whole process when my was done under one and half hour.
It really looked easy for them to tint this car with the front panels opened. You made me thinking why 4 hours.

I have my appomtment felt Saturday afternoon. Getting 15% pinnacle tint. Very excited about it. I've used this shop a few times before they do a lot of high end cars. Bentley, rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Porsche , bmw.
