Couple of questions. Only had my 2011 LS about a month now.
Other cars I have seen will allow you to use the remote and close all windows and moon roof. Looking at the LS460 manual it looks like the dealer can program our remote to open the windows and moon roof with the remote. But it does not say anything about closing.
Anybody have the remote programmed this way or do you think it would be something nice to have done?

Also a question on the Navigation. Can you change the default screen to the Information screen? Mine always goes straight to the map when I start up. Could not find a place to change it.

You can roll the windows down by pressing and holding down the unlock button, to roll the back up you need to press and hold the black lock/unlock button on your outside door handle. As far as the navi goes on the 08 model you can turn off the automatic map screen.

 

i don't think US spec cars have closing feature, only cars in other regions have tha
