Hi guys, recently I started having an issue with my lexus ls460 2007, the radio works good, but sometimes the sound doesnt come out, in other words even on max volume i can hear almost anything, a clicking sound comes out with this problem, the thing is (handsfree) works perfect, navi guidance works amaizing, except all radio sounds including AUX gives out lil sound which I cant hear. any ideas how can I fix this ?

Hi randy, its a US imported lexus. Dubai dealer doesn't even want to look at it. i might take to an electronics shop to check the radio parts including the boster.

 

If the car has the optional ML audio system, some have had problems with the amp blowing. This doesn't sound like it, but it might be something you could have the shop check.

 

yes exactly, i fixed it today by replacing the sterio main board for almost 80$ and everything is gr8, i was amaized to see some rust kn the board

Check the fuses first. If they're OK, then take it to the dealer, especially if you're under warranty, otherwise a good car stereo shop.
