I'm looking into a 2008 Lexus ls460 limited edition? Never knew they made one until I came across this ad. Does anybody know if there's any difference besides the little emblem on the fender? Also... What do y'all think about the car and price? Here's the link to the ad.

Never heard of this model I think this is a personal mod someone did.

In 2008 there was a limited edition Neiman Marcus model, but I think it was only in the LS600h.

Nothing about those pictures stands out to me except the limited edition carpet vaccum job.

Only special editions I have heard of are the 2008 Neiman Marcus Edition (as noted above) and 2009 Pebble Beach Edition LS600's and this is neither of them.

These are common in end of lifecycle vehicles with declining sales to spur sales before the new model is released...in this case, the redesigned 2013 LS.

The touring and sport to me aren't limited edition cars, they made those more than one year and there was no special badging, etc.

The 2012 special sport edition is limited to 250 vehicles...if you read the link you'd know that.
