I am thinking about selling my 2009 LS460 AWD. I see prices on the net web sites vary. My car is in good to excellent shape, has 49,000 miles and I have a transferable WARRANTY DIRECT top of the line warranty. How hard will it be to sell myself?

 

It all depends on your asking price and a condition of your car. I think if you price it above 35K, it will be very difficult to sell. Auction price for your car is about 30K and the dealer price is 35 - 40 (CPO). If you try to trade it in, you will probably get low to mid 20's, unless you are buying another expensive vehicle from the dealer.

 

Dealer offered an honest $32000

 

Selling it as Private Party will probably get you a few more $$$, but it's a huge PITA and you have to deal with all kinds of people and their personal issues.
If this was me, I would take that offer from the dealer.
