Default Mystery **** (potentiometer)

Right next to the tire pressure monitoring reset button (situated above the gas and brake pedals) there is a k n o b that when turned all the way right will click as if it was in an "off" position. What is this k n o b for? After doing a search, someone posted it is for volume control of the door locking chirp noise. Does it have any other function, or is this its real function at all? I didn't test it yet.

That's 'mystery' and 'brake'.

That's all the k n o b does as far as I know.

After hitting the 'edit' function, click on the 'go advanced' button to edit the title.

Yes, I tested it and when you hear the click, the chirp sound is turned off. I left mine as loud as it goes because it's not that loud anyways...

LOL I think the engineers were thinking about the dudes that come back home too late and need to sneak back in the house without waking up the wife or dogs!
