Default HELP!!! Interior dome light trouble...

Well, I got my new interior LED lights from the CJITTY thread and went to install. All good up front, bright as h#ll!!! Went to put in rear dome, which is usually easier then the front. Plugged everything in... nothing. Played with it for a minute... nothing. Put original LED back in, now that one doesn't work. Spot lights on either side of the dome work fine.

Any ideas? I checked the fuse box on the drivers side, all good.

Do you have the polarity correct? Silly question but that got me once for a minute..just switch the black connection 180°..also close all doors to reset the battery saver feature. The rear dome only comes on with back doors. Start the car and try it that way..those LEDs draw no power really so can't see a fuse issue

The rear ones come on when you unlock the car with the key as well. I got those led's too.

Guess I haven't noticed the rears during the unlock..probably because i have 72 LEDs glaring down from the front and I'm blind and don't notice lol

Try flipping it around like mentioned above...I had to do that to make sure it worked.

Yes..reverse the black pigtail connector..try that..also my rear dome will not come on unless I open a rear door. Even on unlock fob press, it only seems to turn on the front dome

This sounds stupid but make sure to turn your door/ dome switch to the ON position.

Sorry guys for the delay but I don't have any good news. I could not get the rear dome to work. Tried flipping the bulb, etc. Nothing. I kind of gave up. The front dome is so bright that I'm just going with that for now. Maybe I'll stick the stock bulbs back in and take it to the dealer and play dumb.
