Sounds like a plan.

Did you get a solution to this one? I am having an issue with my driver and passenger courtesy lights not working. 07 LS. During a change to LED lamps I pulled the original bulb out and inserted the led lamp and it would not light. I tried rotating it 180 for polarity and that was no help. The led is very dim. When I put the incandescent bulb back in there is light. Bought new incandescent lamps and the same thing. Can't believe a fuse would be causing this issue. Can't locate the fuse either? Any help would be appreciated.

Note that my passenger side is working fine with the LEDS

I am experiencing almost the exact same issue. My front LEDs remain on even when doors are closed but they are very dim. Both rear doors work fine. Have changed bulbs, rotated bulbs, and even moved one of the rear bulb housing to the front and have same issue. It must be in the wiring harness or fuse which I haven't located either.

No, my original bulbs worked fine. Problem surfaced after I installed LEDs. Now the LEDs or original bulbs are not working for front courtesy lights only. Rear doors work fine. When I have some time, I will identify fuse and see if it is a problem.

My drivers door and passenger seat behind drivers door no longer work. There is power but not enough to fully light the LED lamp and there is nothing with a regular bulb. Read through the manual and I'm not clear on fuse or fuse location?

Did you make sure you bought 12V LED's?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the fuse box that may house the driver/ pax door courtesy light?

Defective door jamb switches are a known culprit for this issue. There is tons of info on the problem and I believe a TSB exists.

There is some useful information regarding door jamb switches at this location: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...rning-off.html

You may be experiencing a bonding/corrosion issue and torquing the door-jamb-switch mounting screw may solve your problem. The corrosion issue is mentioned in the thread that I cited above.

I am not aware of a TSB for the door jamb switches. If anyone have information about that please let us know.

Replace the door jamb switch earlier today. Didn't work.
