Default Oil Change

Does not matter what type of oil you use the warranty stills requires the oil be changed at 5000 mile or 6 month intervals (whichever comes first). This is for the LS models. Some of their other engines have different intervals.

Hey, just telling you what the dealer told me..I don't drive nearly as much as I used now that I moved very close to work.. so I fall into the 6 month category anyway

Many dealers will find ways to get out of extended warranty work anyway, but they do sell full synthetic as a service with 10K intervals..but you can talk to four people and get four answers..dealers shouldn't be going against what is written on paper
