LS 460 Navigational answer desparately needed

LS 460 Navigational answer desparately needed
To keep a long story short, I just need to know the following answer:
Can I take my navigational system from my 2008 Lexus LS 460 and install it into my 2010 lexus LS 460 (which has navigation). Will it be compatabile, will all of the wiring and components fit properly .
To long of a story to go through all of the reasons, etc.
