Default Buying wheels today..which offset should I get?

I am going to purchase Lexani LSS8 today and I was wondering which offset I should go w? It's giving me a couple different options.. They are staggered. Here are my options.

Front. 22x9
Offset. 30, 35 or 40

Rear. 22x10.5
Offset. 40 or 45

Keep in mind I plan to lower my car on tanabe spings in the near future.

Which offset should I go with? Can someone give me some recommendations?

Thanks a lot guys!

I would say 30F 40R

I have 35F 38R and the front is sunk in just a tad. Rear is perfect. My car is in that thread above for pics ^^^^

What would it mean if the wheels I am looking at are +10mm front and 35mm rear?

Without knowing the widths and diameter of the wheel, these offsets mean very little.
