So Orange got back to me very quickly and said this;
"We have recently updated our application guide. Our part number OEC-2 or TO33011 is listed to replace the OE part number 42607-33021 which should be the OE on a 2011 and 2012 Lexus LS460."

In the end everyone can have a bad day but the overall quality you get is usually very good

Awesome! Orange seems like they are on their game..this is the perfect setup for us with multiple wheel sets. I wonder how the car reacts if it seems 9 different sensors..1 spare and 4 pairs of two same frequencies when your other set is sitting in the garage ..know what I mean?

Same part number as on my 2008. Mystery solved! Thank you.
