I am trying to change my headlights for my 2007 LS460. I looked around the forum and saw that the best way is to replace the headlights is to remove the fender liner. I was wondering if someone can help me figure out how to remove them. I used a flat-head screwdriver and turned it counter clockwise but I don't think it's working.

Below is a picture of what I'm trying to accomplish. The arrow points to the screw I am trying to get off.

Once you turn it counter clockwise and you hear it click, it should pop up. Then pull the clip straight out
