any know why when i list my DIY service like changing the oil yhe prior DIY gets deleted and doesnt stay part of the service history like when a dealer does it
anyone know how to keep it part of the service history permannetly

It doesn't count since the dealer didn't do it so basically it's like it never happened in the eyes of lexus..

My entries remain part of the service record. It is necessary to click on the ADD link to enter new entries.

Thanks you are 100% right
Couldnt figure out why such a user friendly site would not allow you to electronically track your own repairs
plus the japanese manufacture their cars with mods and DIY'ers in mind
My own stupidity in not catching the add feature thanks again most helpful
now i can be like the dealer and enter such inane thing l;ike wash car add air woot
