Anyone ever had a dealer refuse to provide the service records for an l/certified Lexus? The service guy confirms all the work was done at the dealer but refuses to give me any details because "they have the previous owner's personal information on them" and when I asked if they could just redact it or somehow take it off, they can't because it is a "sealed legal document"

This site will provide the service history at Lexus. Carfax will have some service history too if they report it to carfax.

There is a 'work order' that the dealer has. It lists the fixes, repairs done to the car as part of the refurbishment process. They should be able to share this with you.

This in addition to the driver lexus website should give you a complete service history on the car if they are not lying to you. Any work done at an independent shop can show on a carfax but not always.
