Default Slight sweaking noise from passenger side

Started hearing some sweaking noise from the passender side, not sure from front or back. My 2007 LS 460L has $39K miles and generally in good shape. I hear it on bumpy roads at low speeds, anything I can do to fix it? before I take it to the dealers? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a torn suspension bushing, pretty common for our cars.

I would try to isolate it more before you go to the dealer, who almost certainly won't be able to replicate it (it's some sort of law).

Since it happens at low speeds, take a friend with you and go to a parking lot or quiet country road with some suitable bumps and have him walk/trot alongside as you drive and see if it can be determined exactly where the squeaking is coming from. Or maybe he should drive and you trot alongside the car!

Thank you for your responses, and thanks Nospinzone, it is an excellent idea to figure out where it is coming out of, will work towards it and update as I learn more.

Sounds like the issue i have. I took it to dealer today and they said it was my left control arm and/or ball joints-he mentioned the bushings as well. Mine was is more like a grind where u can feel it vibrate when u make turns at slow speeds.

I have an update, I had a friend sit with me in the car while I drove and he fingered the front passenger wheel area as potential source of the noise, so mentioned it to the dealer when I went there for my 40K mile service. I drove the car while the tech sat and he could hear it clearly but could not zero in on the source. They kept the car overnight and wanted to test first thing in the morning. Apparently 3 guys spent quite a bit of time and drove around and eventually figured out it was the child seat that was causing the noise.

Once they tightened up the seat the noise was gone. I was embrassed and happy at the same time. Live and learn.
