Default lowering LS460 L with Data System and control arms

I’m in the process of lowering my LS460 L with air suspension. Below is what I have in mind. Please let me know if I’m doing it right or if yall have any suggestions.

- install Data System - ASC680L
- install Lexus +2mm control arms - RH 48614-50030, 48617-50030 and LH 48614-50050, 48617-50050
- get new 22” wheels
- determine the level / height that I will be driving
- get an alignment
- install Lamborghini door kits on all 4! jk

I already purchased the Data System and control arms…bought the Data System on ebay and control arms from Sewell Lexus.

Btw…can someone please send me the ASC680L Data System installation and guide instructions in English?

Thanks!

This may be a stupid question BUT what exactly do the control arms help? Camber or height? Are they for front or rear?

camber. from what i understand, they're not control arms, they're control arm brackets that push the control arm out to add positive camber (for when there's too much negative camber)

honestly though, OP, you're going to get negligible negative camber (and negligible camber wear) from dropping your car with the data systems controller -- my 600 is almost fully slammed and i barely have -2*. that's less than most bmws run stock from the factory...

Interesting. They are OEM? How much are they? I assume they're for the front?

You guys know if there is a way to add negative camber to the back that is easy? Haven't taken the LS into a my alignment guy yet

I have a full write up on the brackets in my Tanabe install thread if you need more info..they do help. Not a bullseye solution but in lieu of true adjustable camber brackets, its the best option

yes, they're OEM. you can get them at a Lexus dealer for around $170 or at http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/l...614-50030.html . yes, they are for the front.

QFT. Even at full "L" on the datasystems controller I don't get that much negative camber. I actually think the purchase of the camber adapters is a bit precautionary, but with a height controller it might've been better to actually see what height you were comfortable driving around with, prior to purchasing the camber adapters.

no, there isn't. nobody makes adjustable arms for this car yet except for t-demand, i think, and those require your stock pieces and five figures.
