Sounds like vehicle taxation in Vietnam is as high as it is in Hong Kong... probably even higher if a 460L is 200k (that's how much I paid for my 600hL)
@yamanote: 200k for a 600hL would be a dream for Lexus fans in Vietnam. Here, a brand new LS460L varies from 170k (base) to 250k (Executive) plus 15% for licence plate fee. For LS600hL, the cheapest one starts from 300k (5 seat) and 350k (Executive) plus 15% for the same fee. Take a look at the right small rectangles in the pics below:

I'm not joking, right)
@Nick: No drilling at all. They used a special glue to mount them up. Otherwise you can use 3M double sided- tape, that's what Tee's been using. Have done this for 3 weeks. Just got back from VT, total 200 miles, still working well after suffering from several showers and heat.

Wow- and I thought HK had it bad
How much vehicle tax is there in Vietnam? With prices like that it's gotta be something ridiculous like 250% or something...
Really ridiculously, VN is the only developing country that has unimaginable car price and I don't know why. A 2011 Sienna LE here costs 90k and a Sienna Limited costs 140k. The tax is like you said, around 200% or 220%

Wow those prices are nut I am in the market for 2010+ LS600hl + Executive Seating and the price ranging $80-$90
Well, at first I planned to paint the calipers , that's why I had you order a set of black first, but later I realized it would take a lot of time to paint at the workshop, then I changed to white. It still looks really cool anyway, easy stuff! Can be the only LS with caliper decals in Sai Gon

If you painted your calipers red, you car will go faster. Here is a video of DIY painting calipers:
