Porsche Panamera. I know it's of a different class than the LS', but it'd be my next on the list of preferences.

Mercedes CL used to be such a beautiful car, but the last design just wasn't up to Mercedes beauty standards. Let's see what they do with the S coupe (the replacement of the CL).

No Mercedes

At least with the LS600 the dissatisfaction stems from the car and not the service

With Mercedes, all the dealers in Houston are *******s

The facelifted S-class looks really nice. The current 7 also really catches my eye. What don't you like about your 600?

On another note, I would love to have a weekend car. Would you be interested in donating your 360 or M6 anytime soon?

it's not about how hard it is, but you are not really narrowing down the criteria?

Panamera Hybrid or S350 Blue Tec. Im all for going green and these were the only 2 cars i looked at other than the LS. If I had to pick SUV the new Range Rover but the top two were the only ones i seriously considered.

Default Replacement vehicle ........

This might surprise a lot of people .........

But if I were to do this all over again, and we also own a MB SL-500, me and the Bride would SERIOUSLY consider ................. <drum roll please !> ...............

a Hyundai Genesis.

A VERY very impressive vehicle, from a company known for high-quality more and more each day !

At excellent pricing also.

I feel sure this will spark some strong guffaws, but wut the heck ? ! It's good 'ole American Freedom.

Y'all play nicely now, y'hear ? !!

Panamera is a definite yes! Porsche has an excellent quality record which is important to me. Porsche also has the performance heritage which is a big plus. The Panamera is also available in AWD which is an option I want. It also has a fair amount of room.

It is not the prettiest car on the road but my previous LS 430 wasn't either and I was very happy with it for nine years.

Mercedes is over priced and under quality

Audi I like but quality is not consistent enough.

I would stay away from Range Rover - have you seen their quality numbers - bottom of the barrel.

Mikey - I too am impressed with Hyundai's record. Why not the Equus - too new a model?

Default I mis-spoke (not the first time ......LOL !)

Edarte: Thanks for the correction.

I actually meant the Hyundai EQUUS !

My son just bought an Elantra, replacing a 200,000+ mile Santa Fe. So I got a chance to see a few EQUUS in a dealership.

Great car - EXCELLENT pricing advantage also.

And this Hyundai dealer (Atlanta) .... what a "poor deal" my son negotiated ..........
he only got a LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY included ! (Cost = $0.00 !)

This company is out to capture a TON of market share. More than they also have.

Best Wishes to all ........
