How reputable is this site?

The link above takes you to a japanese site that has LED turn signal covers for the ls similar to the 2010 OEM ones. Does any1 know what this site says and how their shipping process works? I'm really interested in trying to do a swap I'm just not sure if the covers are the same size or shape from pre-LED to now.
All I was able to understand was the price was around $400
