Question Where did you buy your wheels from?

Alright fellas! My new baby will be showing up sometime next week and about to start modding as I OH SO LOVE to do! LOL... I've been searching around various websites for a nice set of 22 inch staggered wheels but not set in stone where I want to buy from. Soooooooo...........................

Can you guys who bought wheels already share where you purchased yours from? What sites are the best to use in your opinion?

Thanks in advance as well....

Check out the marketplace for Vendors, some which carried Vossen wheels. Good luck with your purchase!

I would recommend buying wheels at a shop and not online. If there is a problem or something was ordered incorrectly it will fall on their heads and not yours. The very very first set of wheels I ordered a million years ago was a cluster and I had to solve the issue myself. I will never order online again. Go to a discount tire or any wheel and tire shop.

example: I ordered a $5300 set of Asanti wheels for my GS. They wheels were built out of round and sent back twice. After 2 weeks of frustrating vibration I took the wheels back. Discount tire told me that Asanti would not take the wheels back because they were custom so discount tire ended up eating the $5300 and refunding my money.Just my 2 cents

Very good information man! I will definitely check out some areas around my side of town for sure. I wouldn't want that to happen to me either.

I am sure you can find some wheel and tire shops in your area. If its difficult you can also look in the regional section of club lexus and ask the guys in your state where they go and who they recommend

Yeah I'm located in Arlington, VA and work out at Fort Meade sometimes. Do you know of a good shop to pick up some wheels?

I work at the fort too. I recently picked up some rims from rim source in Baltimore. Great prices, but that may not be convenient for you.

Great choice in wheels. Thats the set that I have and I must say, its a head turner.

FrankyBoy, Like everyone pretty much stated, go with a local wheel shop or at least a wheel shop that you can get to. I also ordered a set of wheels way back in the day from a cataloque and ended up sending them back 3 times. Wrong finish, then wrong size and finally all same size when the rears were supposed to be wider. Never again.

i like buying local, so I go through Discount Tire. They can order just about any wheel and you have a place to deal with if you have an issue
