Mine wasn't getting cool either, but then I noticed that the vent control (top left corner) was slide shut. Must have got bumped over while loading it up. Hopefully your issue turns out to be as simple. It is easy to see from this camera angle, but not so noticeable when sitting in the back seats.

I just noticed that mines had the same thing, my 03 745Li had something similar but it also had the cup holders as well and the front driver console compartment was heated and cooled Lexus should have really kept up with that.

Are the cup holders heated, cause it;s been kinda chilly at night and when the heater is on the cup holders are "Hot" but i'm not sure if that's just from power train heat or actual heat for beverage

My fridge in the rear center console, has been having trouble keeping cold like my LS430. I have the vent open on the side, but there seems to be some blockage still.

Any other reason this could be "blocked" or not workng?

It blows cool air, not ice cold like a normal refridgerator, unless you are on a road trip..that is where it really works well. Must have rear ac on, vent flap opened in the box...i also find it works a little better with rear air purifier on..don't ask me why.
