MP-3 download ?

I just purchased an 08 LS460 with Mark Levinson and Nav. Since I'm far from a tech person is there a way I can download songs from my MP-3 player to the hard drive? If so please lend a step by step hand.

LS460 2008 cannot read MP3 files and the hard drive can only copy wma from CDs

the only thing that the system can rip to the hdd is cdda format, meaning the simple audio cds
