Just got back from a trip, went back outside to unload car and it was making a clicking noise. The car was off. I tried to start it and nothing, no radio, no interior lights, nothing. I had Lexus come pick up car last night. It is now at dealership, they say they have it hooked to computer and is starting not on with the key but also without. Any ideas??? Im 2K miles over warrantee.

Looks like a computer issue. Hopefully it's the software (firmware, easier and probably cheaper) and not a hardware issue.
