Has anyone installed LEDs for the DRLs. I just ordered a 9005 led bulb from ijdmtoys. It came with a decoder that was too big to fit inside the housing. The techs at ijdmtoys said they were to install it without the housing cap on. This doesnt sound right. Wouldnt moisture get inside? How are you guys installing this?

 

yeah..cap needs to stay on or the moisture will take over!..send them back and have dealer turn off DRL in personalized settimgs..thats what I did..i thought they made LED bulbs with built in resistors to eliminate this sort of thing..good luck either way
