B- Pillar replacement pics?

I just spoke to my service advisor at West Kendall Lexus and he stated that even though there is a TSIB out there for the B-Pillars, it's not a recall and they don't have to change them. In other words, unless they are really messed up by the seat belts......they will not change them..
