Center console arm rest info

I have a 07 460 and the arm rest seems to be loosing its firmnest on the edges. Is that normal?

No, it's not. If your car is still under warranty, you can get your dealer to replace it for free.

I have an 07 CPO I just bought a month ago. You think they replace mine, because it is flat near the edge towards driver side.

Lexus service quality is amazing. Take advantage. I would rather drive a car that handles better but I keep buying Lexus not just for the cars ,but for the service quality
