There are many TSB listed but do not necessary apply to every car.
You have to make complain first and wait for a result from tech's inspection to see if your problem meets the TSB description before they can approve the warranty repair. If the inspection result is different than the description, you will end up either paying from your pocket for the repair or owe them an inspection service fee ($135? or so).
I just took mine in and they did 3 tsibs for me. The VSR,ecu reprogram, and TCM reprogram. The car feel faster, smoother, and doesnt drop into neutral when sitting at a light for a while.

How did you learn about these TSIBs? I only know about the Lambros site but the last time that list was updated looks to be January 2009. Is there some other place I can go to find a more up to date listing?
there are many other sites that gives you TSB # and description but not to actual PDF...but you can get it if you subscribe to the site...like Alldata etc.

techinfo.toyota.com has all the up to date listings of TSIB's.
