I ordered a set of the brown premium floormats last week, there wasn't a choice for SWB/LWB so I figured I had a 50/50 shot. I got the LWB ones, no biggie I'm in Dallas so they can exchange them. They've since updated the page (being a programmer myself, wow that was fast).

Strange thing was...the label said brown, but the mats were clearly gray.

Drive to Sewell, hand the Gray (labeled brown) LWB floormats to the parts desk guy. He says they kinda look brown. Then he goes and gets a brown floormat out of the back, and yeah they're obviously gray. Tells me they'll ship me the brown SWB mats directly.

I get them in today...same problem. The label clearly says:

DESCRIPTION: LS460 Premium SWB BR 4PC
PART NO.: PT919-50071-04

Anybody else order the premium brown mats? Do they look gray? Is the picture of the brown mats on the SewellParts page just a mirage ?

Edit: FYI, yes I've already started the RMA process for the second time with Sewell, I just wanted to know if anybody has ever actually seen a set of premium brown floormats in the wild

 

Yes I had the same thing happen to me. Not sure if bought from Sewell or not. I ended up just buying black floor mats for my car as it looked good with the alabaster interior.
