Im going to drop my ride in the near future. I keep going back and fourth on wether to do just the springs or to do the coilovers. In the end I know the coils will give me the better drop and ride quality, as well as more durability. It seems like the shocks on the LS dont last for more than 60k in some cases and the use of a shorter spring on an old shock on a heavy car is a recipe for failure. I also am leaning towards to coils because of the inevitable left sided sag from loss in spring load that comes with weight imbalance from the driver over time. I have my VOSSEN CV1s sitting a local discount tire waiting to be mounted.
