Simply put, if your seat bottoms are uncomfortable, your dealer will repair them under warranty.

If your seats are comfortable, enjoy them.

With 10K miles, I've noticed that their was a lack of cushion in my seat. It felt like my seat was bottoming out and I'm only 190 lbs. I'm currently scheduled next week to have my seats replaced @ Oakland Coliseum Lexus. If you ever need servicing in the "Bay Area" call Kevin Davidson, he's an outstanding service writer.

Just wanted to update on my seat issue in my 10'. About two weeks ago I complained again of the lack of comfort in the seat and they brought it in and gave me a new seat which is clearly more comfortable. Not sure if the original seat had an issue or not but i am pleased with how this was handled.

I had this TSP done on my 07. My dealer really screwed up big time.... seat bottoms and backs misaligned, safety belt bolted to wrong points, seat bottom side plastic trims loose with gaps big enough to put your hand thru it, and they also scuffed both the B-pillar trim while removing the seats in & out. I was besides myself, and finally after two trips, it did get corrected including replacing all the trims. Being an perfectionist, this overall experience has set my blood pressure management program back by six months.

Lesson: I suggest that you please ask the dealer if they have staff experienced in upholstery work. IMHO it would have been cheaper for the dealership to sub this out to an independent upholstery shop.
