Ouch, these pics hurt my eyes. Get a good repair job on it and you will be back on the road soon.

And... now it is a good time to go with a bodykit.

Still pretty sore - my neck/her back. Trying the Advil route before going to the doctor. Don't want to make a big deal out of it but if the soreness doesn't go away soon will probably see a doctor.

Taking the car in to be repaired on Monday. They'll probably have it most of the week. The car is looking pretty weird - had to put some strong tape on the bumper to hold it together. Getting strange looks.

I guess I've not reached the softy stage yet -- dog or not, I'd ensure she paid better attention in the future. Never, ever an excuse for rear-ending.

I know what you mean about aggressive, but lacking the skill to back it up. I'm from Michigan -- they drive fast and aggressive, but most can handle it. In Virginia (namely Northern), they drive aggressive but are generally terrible drivers. I'm always on the lookout.

I hope you and your wife feel better soon. Sorry about your vehicle - I'd be sickened. I hope all turns out well.

Thanks again for all the kind words and thoughts. Car was dropped off this morning at the dealer's Collision Center. Should have it back before the weekend if they don't find anything funky with the body when they take off the bumper. The impact split the shock absorber behind the bumper.

The damage looks like $5,000-8,000.
