Finally (STAYED WITH)the LS club - update Dec 2014 with a few Pics
One of the dealers that knew i was waiting for a 2010 AWD SWB called me yesterday saying they had one. Wrong color combo when I went but they had their inventory list of what was coming. After driving the new 2010 they had and maybe 30 minutes of talk I secured an AWD SWB w/ ML/comfort/cold weather pkgs for $1k over invoice. 
The invoice I had them show me was just about what was on-line so I felt pretty happy with this deal. I got what I thought was great $ on my trade RX330 (avg of full trade-in for the 3 big sites - nada/kelly blue book and edmunds). So if they can make any $ there more power to them.
So it seems the dealers are willing to talk.
Now I must wait until they come in but it will be worth the wait. I will post pics when she comes in.
I do have a question ( I will search forum later to see if it was discussed) but what are owners feeling on having the permashield - or permabond film installed especially when I live in the northeast? Have most who have had it been happy or am I wasting $ there? Thanks. redlight30 (now patiently waiting!!)

Took a couple of pics finally on day #2. It snowed so she came out for a picture then back in!
We were talking about having the autobond shield put on and my wife had the dealer out in on (nose/partial hood/partial fenders/mirrors/rear bumper) as an early xmas gift and it came out great.
Not a big modification guy but may do some minor tint in the spring. Might consider some new wheels/tires for the good weather. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
I gotta clean the garage.
