My car is an Australian delivered model. I hold down the unlock button on my fob, and all the windows + sunroof open.
I hold down the lock button, and they all close again. It's not a fully automatic process, taking my thumb off the button will halt the windows wherever they are at.
It works from quite a distance too. Not sure about holding down the door handle button, i'll have to try it.
