I went to play golf today. Got my clubs out, hit the lock button on the key fob, and walked to the clubhouse. When I returned after playing, all my windows were open....front about 6 inches, rears about 8 inches, and the sunroof was tilted open. The car was locked. I cranked it, and the "Moonroof Open" light was on.
How could this have happened? I would never have cracked any windows today, since the pollen was out. I also would never leave my windows open that much. When I do crack my windows it is just enough room where you can't get your fingers in.

So, what do you think? Car hacked? I do something wrong?

 

did your hand touch the button on the key fob long enough to open the windows automatically?

 

Likely accidentally held down the door unlock button on your keyfob which rolls down all the windows and opens the sunroof. Or was in a pocket or bag getting pushed

 

It was in my pocket. Perhaps a golf ball pushed down on it. Other than that....I cannot imagine.

 

I have ls430 2001 . My key fobb does the same. found all mine open coule months ago

 

Yeah, somehow the unlock button must have been held down for a short period of time.
