One of our staff engineer who just returned from that region thinks that it is a company vehicle owned by Gulf Air and assigned to their local station managers.

Gulf Air is Dubai's national airline, and its color scheme is predominantly gold & white. Etihad Airways, UAE's national carrier has the combination shown on the LS above, and can be seen here on the waist "pin striping" from the pic on Airliners.net, albeit flipped top to bottom.

Gulf air IS NOT Dubai national airlines (not anymore atleast). Gulf air is Bahrains national Airlines
Dubais has Emirates Airlines (one of the best airlines IMO)
Abu Dhabi has Etihad Airlines (getting there)
Sharjah (if anyone cares) has Air Arabiya
So the UAE have 3 national airlines, and none of which give the guy w/ wack LS, a good enough excuse for his/her puke inducing taste

seems there are many fellow brother lexus owner from abu dhabi on the forum here...have you heard of the nmc group and mr shetty? If so, can you tell me anything you know about him?
Sorry, I always get mixed up between the two. Next time I'll do my research...
I wasnt trying to tell u off or anything, haha , I know it came across as that for not takin offense
BTW ur were semi correct, when Gulf air started it was partly owned by Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Qatar. Qatar solds its shares and got out very early on, and i think Abu Dhabi left Bahrain as sole owner very recently, a year or two ago (or more i forgot)
