Rominl, I had the NSA blow up the bottle of beer sitting on the curb. It comes from a tiny micro-brewery outside of Dubai, and it is not exported. So almost certainly this photo was taken outside the US.

Since USLex is registered in the USA on this forum (under severe penalties of perjury I might add), I think it would be safe to conclude that it is not really his car.
