Aux cable connection
I got a Zune (an MP3 player) for Christmas and I connected it to the ML Aux jack in the center console storage area. However, I have a delimma of how to keep the Zune outside in the open since I want to control the way it play songs using the control on the Zune. The cable that connect between the Zune and Aux port get in the way for the top of the center console storage to close. And if I leave the center console top open, my right elbow hit the top while steering the car. What did you guys do to solve this problem?

There is a plasitc piece that is just under the lid on the front side of the center console that just "pops up" when you remove it. Maybe this will solve your wire routing issue.

"How is the quality of the sound?"
I like it a lot.. I play dvd in the ML systems and I can't tell the sound quality different between Zune and the DVD itself...
What I end up doing with my cable problem is buying a metal spring that is about 5 inches long with the inside diameter just big enough to let the cable hooking up the Zune and aux input slide through (I have to use a metal cutter to cut off the hook on both ends of the spring). After I hook up the zune to the cable, I will left the zune in the cup holder and colse the center console top. The center console top hit the spring and would not apply pressure to the cable. The only other alternative is to drill a hole through the side of the center cosole which will make it look pretty ugly (may be getting a trim piece will help the appearance).. but the spring only cost me $4.. Semi-happy with the solution for now...
