Default December to Remember - BOW?

Anyone else get to borrow the bow? I was allowed to borrow it for a few hours - I picked up our LS L and delivered it to my wife's office with Bow in Tow (actually filled up the trunk) -- needless to say it was nice - white LSL with Red Bow on top - it was the first time she saw her car. Years past I have seen the commercials with the BOW and thought how silly... now that I have done the "bow" It's actually a somewhat of a nice thing if you are buying end of year.

I agree, a VERY nice way to give a car especially since you see it in the commercials all of the time. If I were giving a surprise like this I would insist that they give me the bow.

Do you have a picture?

The problem is those big red felt bows?

They run about $400 each.

Here is a pic taken from a video I shot - quality is poor but gives you the idea.

Bow was LARGE - took up most of the trunk.

Wife was expecting a LS - but not a loaded L - so it was a nice surprise and it was her Fav color... I lead her to believe that Saphire Pearl was not avail in the options that we were looking for.

Nice - I think a "LEXUS BOW" thread w/pic's is approperiate at this time of the Year -

I think if they had the foil ones they would have given one to me -- the one that I borrowed was a subsatntial bow - probably like the ones they use in the commercials. At the end of the day I'm glad they did not offer to give it to me since I would have taken it and then had to store it and or toss it.

Few hours to Tahoe -- maybe I should ask to borrow the bow again and head up to take some Snow Shots... then again my car might get lost in the snow - white/white.

I think I was at the "EARLY" edge of December to Rember - Guy told me that it started a bit early this year and they were caught off guard with only one Bow.

Speaking of TV commercials - I used to see those Lexus X-MAS spots and wondered who in their right mind would try giving their wife a 'car' when married folks = 1 set of $. In any event as a doubter I am a believer... now I just need to get my wife to believe so she can wrap up a 600 for me next year.

Actually, you'd be surprised at how many spouses give their significant other a car for Christmas.

When you're making $50K to $100K a month, it's easy to hide a car payment or check.
