Default Lemon

Got my new LS460 for two months only, but just notice the HDD doesn't works right, it don't copy or play back most the time. So i bring back to the dealer to fix it, they replace a new HDD. as i drove home and try it again is still doing the same thing, so this is my second times for this issue. Wasn't their a lemon law for new car? if you got the same problems three times you can get a new car? or thats for engine problems only.

Lemon laws vary by state. You should search online at your state's consumer protection web site.

And... it has to be meatier than just a defective hard drive, even after a single replacement. The laws protect not only the consumer, but also the supplier from potential abuse by consumers. You need to give Lexus another chance to make it right, or else this could start to sound like buyer's remorse...
